​The Advocacy & Organizing Program at Illinois Workers in Action teaches workers and citizens how to promote laws that improve their well-being and quality of life. Our team empowers individuals to become leaders their communities through participation in local, state, and national initiatives, including campaigns on immigration and work-related issues.

IWA campaigns that are linked to this program include our KNOW YOUR RIGHTS CAMPAIGN, in which individuals are provided with a rounded education on their rights, RIGHTS FOR ALL CAMPAIGN, and LEARNING IN ACTION CAMPAIGN.
